Amendment to Bye Bye 77YY

Previously we had posted that the 77YY Carrier Code would no longer be allowed as of April 1, 2010. This was incorrect. The actual date that the 77YY code expires is April 1, 2011. Our post has now been amended to show the correct information.

We are sorry for any confusion this has caused.
